Privacy Policy

Effective August 29, 2026. This policy explains what Sound Home Offer LLC (“we”, “us”) collects when you use soundhomeoffer.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and anything you tell us about the property or your situation through our form, by phone, text, or email.
  • Attribution and technical data: the page you arrived on, the page you submitted from, the referring site, campaign parameters in the link you clicked (such as UTM codes or advertising click identifiers), the time you consented, your browser type, and a hashed form of your IP address used for abuse prevention. We store first-visit attribution in your browser’s local storage so we can tell which marketing brought you here.
  • Analytics: we use privacy-respecting analytics routed through our own domain to count visits and measure which pages lead to inquiries. We do not send names, phone numbers, emails, or addresses to analytics providers.

How we use it

  • To evaluate your property, prepare a written offer, and communicate with you about it.
  • To contact you by phone, text message, and email as you agreed on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by telling us.
  • To keep records of transactions, offers, and consent for legal and accounting purposes.
  • To measure and improve our marketing, including matching a completed purchase back to the advertising that produced the inquiry.
  • To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse of the site.

Who we share it with

We store your information in our customer relationship management system (currently GoHighLevel) and use service providers for hosting, email, text messaging, and analytics. Those providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments. If we assign a purchase contract or partner with another buyer on your property, we share the property details and, once you have agreed to proceed, your contact information with that buyer so the transaction can close. Escrow, title, and closing professionals receive what they need to close. We share information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with data brokers or lead-resellers.

Text messages

By checking the consent box on our form you agree to receive calls and text messages from us about your property, including messages sent with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We store the version of the consent language you agreed to and the time you agreed.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept while we are actively working with you and for as long as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes afterward. Records of completed transactions are retained as required by law. You can ask us to delete your inquiry data at any time; we will do so unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

Your choices and rights

  • Opt out of calls or texts at any time.
  • Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact page; we respond within 30 days.
  • Clear your browser’s local storage to remove stored attribution data.

Cookies

The public site does not set advertising cookies. Our hosting and security providers may set strictly necessary cookies. Analytics is configured without cross-site tracking.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes and contact

When this policy changes we update the effective date above. Questions or requests: use the contact page.

Sound Home Offer is a professional home-buying company, not a real estate brokerage, attorney, or financial advisor, and we do not act as your agent or in a fiduciary capacity. We may purchase your property directly, purchase and resell it, or, where disclosed in writing, assign our purchase contract to another buyer. An investor offer is typically below full retail market value in exchange for speed, certainty, and buying as-is. Selling to us is one option among several; you are encouraged to seek independent legal, tax, and financial advice before signing anything. Read our full disclosures.
