Accessibility

Sound Home Offer wants every homeowner to be able to use this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML with one main heading per page, labeled form fields, visible focus indicators, and a skip-to-content link.
  • Color contrast that meets AA on text and controls, including the amber buttons with dark text.
  • Everything works with a keyboard alone and without JavaScript; the offer form is a single accessible page when scripts are off.
  • Animations are minimal and respect your system’s reduce-motion preference.
  • Text resizes with browser settings and layouts reflow on small screens without horizontal scrolling.

Tell us if something is in the way

If any part of this site is hard to use, or you would rather work with us by phone, email, or in person, please contact us and tell us what you ran into. We will fix problems we can fix and find another way to help in the meantime.

Review

We test with automated tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks when we publish new templates. Last reviewed August 2026.

We may purchase your property directly, purchase and resell it, or, where disclosed in writing, assign our purchase contract to another buyer. An investor offer is typically below full retail market value in exchange for speed, certainty, and buying as-is.
